Head of Quality Operation

Job Requirement
Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential.
Expert knowledge of current cGMP requirements/Modern concept of quality operation.
Job Description

Define & implement the quality strategy in order to ensure seamless process across the GMP/Regulatory interfaces and maximize the quality and effectives and overall value of the quality operations.
Develops effective product development strategies by working directly with sales and marketing departments to fulfill market demand.
Authorizes all new and revised SOPs, MP/ Specifications/ SMF / VMP /BMP & BMR method of analysis to ensure compliance with cGMP and ISO 9001:2008.
Develop the overall audit plan and perform internal and external GMP audits in compliance with investigations and ensure overall ISO & GMP compliance of the factory.
Educational Qualification
Ph.D. - / M. Sc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Applied Chemistry, Pharmacy or Microbiology from reputed university.
Work Experiance
Must have 15-16 years of experience in relevant area out of which minimum 6 years in managerial position, with a commendable track record in Multinational or Local pharmaceuticals industry
Age : 45 years.
