Job Description / Responsibility
Sandoz, one of the world`s leading generic company, develops, produces and markets off patent high quality & affordable medicines as well as pharmaceuticals & biotech compounds for all major therapeutic areas.
You will be responsible for enhancing the capability of the sales force through providing functional as well as behavioral training programs. You will facilitate and co-ordinate relevant training programs for overall skill development and improving sales force effectiveness. You will also need to identify training needs, develop yearly training plan, and rollout the programs accordingly. Moreover, you will conduct training evaluation and measure effectiveness of the training programs. This position is based at Head Office and reports to Head, Sales Force Excellence.

Educational Requirements
MBBS/ M. Pharm from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
3-5 years of experience in managing training activities; experience in pharmaceuticals industry will be preferred.
The skills to communicate effectively with people of diverse background with some hands on exposure to training.
Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
Self-driven and innovative attitude, and ability to engage/connect with people
Excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla.
