Job Description / Responsibility

1. Knowledge about pharmaceutical market in terms of regulations, legislations, doctrine, trends and competitors.
2. Formulate policy, organize, implement and evaluate all activities relevant to product strategy.
3. New Product Development & Launching
4. Preparing Action Plan.
5. Market segment, brand positioning and establish the brand.
6. Determining the strategic goal, positioning, pricing and tactics.
7. Preparing Marketing plan, budget & implementation accordingly.
8. Preparing & maintaining the product trends.
9. Preparing the promotional support.
10. Make the Promotional Plan according to Promotional support.
11. Arranging special campaign or program.
12. Excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla and adequate skills in computer applications.
13. Entrepreneurial, self-driven and innovative attitude with problem solving and decision making skills

Job Nature Full-time 

Educational Requirements M.Pharm, Preferably with MBA from any reputed University Experience Requirements
