Job Description / Responsibility

1. Willing to promote our products mainly to the senior Doctors of the country.
2. Must be able to recruit field forces who will be able to generate prescription & Sales
3. Proper training to the field forces
4. Placement of the field forces
5. To prepare budget & set of the sales target
6. Achievement of the given sales target by promoting the product to qualified physician against prescription.
7. No need to apply if there is a habit to give wrong information & or tendency of deception.(Sincerity, honesty & integrity we want).
8. Ignoring the above if anyone is appointed & proved as a Fraud then no payment will be made.
9. Willing to travel to all over Bangladesh

Sales Target : National Sales Target set by the Company.

At least 10 years in reputed Pharmaceuticals Company having working experience with Qualified Physician (Allopathic).

Salary Range Negotiable Other Benefits Salary & D/A : 50,000/- (Negotiable)

We will pay your Salary & Traveling expenses on the following basis :

1. 1st month : Full Salary & T.E on achieving 50% Sales Target.
2. 2nd month : Full Salary & T.E on achieving 60% Sales Target.
3. 3rd month : Full Salary & T.E on achieving 75% Sales Target.
4. 4th month : Full Salary & T.E on achieving 100% Sales Target,
5. Failing your Salary & Traveling allowances will be paid according to your achievement to Sales Target. Further no Salary & Traveling expenses will be paid for the days when there is any false report or at all no report (as per Company's instruction) .
